Hempel Classic Varnish with Tung Oil

Blakes Classic Varnish is a single pack, traditional varnished produced from the highest quality materials, including tung oil.

Excellent flow at application, a flexible finish and long term UV filters will ensure you an uncompromising finish that will last for many years.

For internal and external use above the waterline.

If overcoating times are exceeded, abrade the surface and wash off with fresh water.

Preparation & Application:

On previously coated surface: Clean with Surface Cleaner, dry, abrade to remove loose matter and key surface, remove dust using a vacuum cleaner then apply Classic Varnish

On untreated wood: Clean with Surface Cleaner or Degreaser, dry, abrade to remove loose matter and key surface, remove dust using a vacuum cleaner. Seal/ prime with Classic Varnish thinned 20-30% with Thinners no.1, followed by 4 coats of Classic Varnish. Add thinners to assist application if necessary. Stir all products well before use.
