TIKAL FAST PATCH is a two-component, fast-curing EP filler for all boat-building materials such as GRP, wood, steel or aluminium above and below water. TIKAL FAST PATCH is easy to mix and is also suitable for repairing osmosis damage due to its low water absorption.

105 Epoxy Resin® is the base material on which all West System 105 System epoxy compounds are built. The resin is a clear, pale yellow, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Formulated for use with West System hardeners, it can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance.

205 Fast Hardener® is a medium-viscosity epoxy curing agent for West System 105 Epoxy. It is used in a majority of situations, at lower temperatures and to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature.

206 Slow Hardener® is a low-viscosity epoxy curing agent for West System 105 Epoxy for use when extended working and cure time is needed or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures.

403 Microfibers, a fine fiber blend, is used as a thickening additive with resin/hardener to create a multi-purpose adhesive, especially for bonding wood

404 High-Density filler is a thickening additive developed for maximum physical properties in hardware bonding where high-cyclic loads are anticipated

This strong, wood-toned filler is good for use in glue joints and fillets on naturally finished wood

406 Colloidal Silica is a thickening additive used to control the viscosity of the epoxy and prevent epoxy runoff in vertical and overhead joints. 406 is a very strong filler that creates a smooth mixture, ideal for general bonding and filleting. It is also our most versatile filler. Often used in combination with other fillers, it can be used to improve strength, abrasion resistance, and consistency of fairing compounds, resulting in a tougher, smoother surface.

TEROSON® UP 620 is a gelcoat unsaturated polyester body filler used for restoring the original surface finish to boat hulls and glass fibre panels. It repairs osmosis blisters and minor surface damage. It can be used on glass fibre and gelcoat finishes. Once set, it is waterproof and may be overpainted if required.

LOCTITE® 3463 is a versatile, dual component, easy to use, steel-filled epoxy repair putty. It is applied like a putty and when cured it exhibits high compressive strength and good adhesion to most surfaces. This product stops leaks in pipes and tanks, fills oversized bolt holes, smoothes welds, and repairs non-structural defects in castings or holes in tanks.

TEROSON® UP 610 is the universal unsaturated polyester body filler used for marine applications. It repairs transom/stern damages, stress cracks, keel and rudder surfaces, redundant holes, engine mountings, damaged and pitted propellers, cracks and holes on hulls and superstructures, damages caused by osmosis or crazing, gaps between hull and deck and worn and damaged superstructures.

TEROSON® UP 120 is an all purpose, emergency unsaturated polyester body filler with resistance to oil, water, most common chemicals and high temperatures. It is used for repairs to gasoline tanks, leaking pipes, radiators, etc. Suitable substrates are steel, aluminium, galvanized surfaces, glass fibre, copper and tin.

International Watertite is a quick drying epoxy filler suitable for use on GRP, Metals and rigid Wood constructions. The formulation does not shrink and is extremely water resistant, making it suitable for osmosis damage repairs.

9 Second Chip Fix is designed to repair chips in gel-coat and fiberglass without the need for mixing chemicals and the use of lots of tools. The 9 second chip fix fills, bonds, levels and colours in one easy step, no sanding, mixing or colour-matching is required.

Cascamite is the original powdered resin wood glue with gap filling properties. Ensures weatherproof joints every time! Simply Mix 2 parts glue with 1 part water and your resin glue is ready. Offers durability with complete weather and water resistance.

Fibreglass Mat Pack - 1m x 1m for GRP Repairs

Glass fibre tape available in an open weave pattern. Not cut to size or sold on a roll - this tape is supplied in pre-cut 2 metre lengths. 2" wide.

Works on all metals, including passive substrates (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, plated surfaces). Proven to tolerate slight contaminations of industrial oils, e.g. engine oils, corrosion prevention oils and cutting fluids. Prevents loosening on vibrating parts, e.g. pumps, gear boxes or presses. Permits disassembly with hand tools for servicing

Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive is a very strong general purpose adhesive and it can also be used as a surface sealant. It exhibits special characteristics unlike many adhesives as it is highly flexible and stretchy after it has cured but it remains very strong. It fills gaps well, it is suitable for use indoors and outdoors and in marine environments. The adhesive can be painted on top of a surface to make it waterproof, airtight or abrasion resistant. Stormsure adhesive can often be used to cover holes without a patch. A thick film of adhesive will make a good repair. If the glue will drip through the hole just place some sticky tape behind the hole before applying the glue. It can be removed once the glue has cured.

Square edged wooden stirrers will ensure thorough mixing when high percentages of fillers are incorporated into the epoxy. Strong, durable stirrers that are ideal for scraping excess epoxy from surfaces.

Open end spun cotton yarn. Caulking cotton is useful for caulking seams on traditional wooden boats.

Oakum steeped in Stockholm Tar. Generally used for caulking below the waterline.

Teroson UP 190 Spare Hardener - 15g. Extra hardener for TEROSON fillers and resins

Calibrated mixing cup for paint and epoxy products. Mixing ratios from 2:1 up to 12:1, and ml levels up to 560ml on the size B cup, and 1110ml on the size C cup.

HEMPEL'S PROFAIR 35290 is a light weight two-component, epoxy filler with good adhesion and water resistance. Easy to sand when fully cured. Suitable on glass fibre, hardwood, steel and other rigid materials. For interior and exterior use above and below the waterline.

Osculati Two-Component Epoxy Filler 800ml. Professional use filler with a low specific gravity. Easily sandable, excellent filling power, can be repainted with mono or bicomponent paint. Two-component epoxy filler to be knifed out. Excellent to restore broken or missing parts. Good compromise between stiffness and flexibility. Hand or machine processing after 4/5 hours. Ideal for gluing various material such as aluminium, glass, plastic, marble, ceramics, wood, rubber.

Spare catalyst for Bonda Resin

A toughened, versatile, liquid epoxy for permanent waterproof bonding of fiberglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, damp and difficult-to-bond woods.

Easy to use! Cures underwater! Repair plastic canoes, kayaks and inflatables made from HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PVC or polycarbonate plastic with the contents of this kit. The Plastic Boat Repair Kit features plastic-friendly G/flex 655 epoxy, and is assembled with the do-it-yourselfer in mind.
